Fade video, keep audio

I would like to end a movie by first fading the video to black (with the audio still going), then fade out the audio about 5 seconds later. Any ideas? Would be a piece of cake if video could be delete from audio once detatched, but that doesn't seem to work – deletes the whole clip.
