Hi, I am new to this so please forgive me if this is not posted correctly. Since loading ios6 to my 4s it has lost the ability to set a second event alert in calendar-is this supposed to be? If not, help!

Are you adding the event to the iCloud calendar, the default calendar on the device, or some other calendar?
For example, Google calendar does not have the option to add a second reminder.
I am using the default iPhone calendar although having opened 'calendars' it shows ticks against all iCloud, yahoo and my email calendar - sorry if this sounds a bit vague but I am new to iPhones.
Open the Calendar.
Tap the + to add an event.
Scroll to the bottom where it lists "Calendar". Which account does it show?
If it is a Gmail account, there is no 2nd alert.
If it is iCloud or the default iOS calendar, a 2nd alert should be accessible.
You can change the calendar by selecting the Calendar account option and picking a different calendar.
My thanks to you for your assistance- by working back I found a conflict with my hotmail calendar-having removed this I now have the second alert back.
