i changed the language from chinese to english, but when softwares are upgrading, the language changed back to chinese. I think because the staff chose chinese when he was setting up my macbook pro. so, is there any way that i can change it?

Possibly because the installers you used must be chinese from the start. Ask them if they used a chinese account to download Lion.
You can change the language by going to system preferences/language & text/language and moving English to the top of the list and then restarting.
