I have no power in my MacBook pro. No lights on the back of the battery, no fan - nothing. It worked perfectly 3 nights ago

I have no power at all in my MacBook pro. It worked perfectly 3 nights ago. Tried to switch on today and nothing. Changed the power supply - nothing. Tried the button on the back of the battery - no lights. Tried to the full smc thing - nothing!
