With a USB 3.5" floppy disk drive. You'll have to buy one. You can get a new one in the $15-$60 price range.
I have them but they do not work with the INTEL MAC

You are not trying to read a PC formatted floppy are you?
I have one, it works perfectly fine with my Intel Mac. Just tested it again to make sure.
Do you have any other USB devices connected (other than perhaps a keyboard & mouse)? Are you using a USB hub?

It's a SmartDisk FDUSB-TM2 that I got way back in 2004. It has worked with every Mac I've ever owned from the eMac to my current Intel iMac and a number in between.
Quick search showed some of this model are available on eBay.
I have a macally USB Floppy Disk Drive for Mac that works w/o issues.
