what do I do if there is a pop-up stuck on my lock screen for my ipod, and when I hit ok it won't go away. What do I do?

what do i do if there is a pop-up stuck on my lock screen for my ipod and it won't go away? I've tried pressing ok and it won't go away, I've tried turning it off, and I've charged it over-night and it won't go away. How do I get it to go away?

Try:

- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost

Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Restore from backup. Place the iPod in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.

- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.

- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
