Unfortunately when I go into the App store after updating to 10.6.8, I cannot download since I do not have 10.7.4
You will have to buy the retail box from a third party such as Amazon.com or on eBay.
I have heard that if you call the apple online retail store, that you can still purchase those. After all, they had to do something with all the ones they pulled from the brick and mortar locations.
