iMovie 11 is infuriating!

Is there any way to contact the Apple people about this horrible application? I have so many movies and project invested in this pitiful program and it is next to impossible to even navigate though exiting projects without having to repeatedly force quit. I am at my wits end and feel it is Apples responsibility to fix this program so it is usable.

I recently reinstalled it and ran basis utilities. What more can I do? Is it a matter of space allotted to iMovie? If so how to I increase it?

Any help will be appreciated.
