I go to the download page. It detects my OS. I click download. I am taken to a page that says, "Thank you for downloading iTunes". But it never downloads. I've tried this on multiple machines on my network with the same result. I have disabled all pop-up blockers.

In addition to the above, if I go to a machine that has iTunes and check for an upgrade, it tells me there is one. I click on the button to download the upgrade and nothing happens.
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?
iTunes will not download.
