i need help
okay so some how all of my apps got deleted but there on itunes how do i sync that to my iphone?
iPhone 3G, iOS 2.x
Open itunes, connect iphone, select what you want, sync.
Click Support and then click manuals to find the manual

i also would like to update my phone on itunes how do i do that?
you plug it in to the computer, click on your device under device in the left hand column, then above resotre is check for updates
