On my iphone 4 with iOS 6 is no Safri! Spotlight cant find Safari too. In the APP-Store isn't any APP of Safari for download.

Where I can find a new Safari App for donlowd on my iPhone?

You cannot download it as it is a part of iOS and cannot be lost.

Check Settings > General > Restrictions to ensure it has not been blocked.

Also, some Exchange profiles may restrict access to Safari. If you have an Exchange account set up on the device, remove it.
