iPod touch will not sync, just keeping saying " Waiting for sync to start"

Are you syncing via wifi or USB?

- Reboot the computer.

- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost

Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Try syncing again.

I simply "reset warnings" and it worked fine.
