Does Correcting Siri Actually Help Her Learn?

I haven't read anything that confirmed or deny this. When you talk to Siri and what you say gets displayed on the screen, does correcting that text actually help her learn how you say things? I'm not talking about the blue underline, either - just regular text that Siri thinks she understood. Thanks!

Yes, in the long run, it does "help".

The recording of your voice is set out to a server, which then decodes what you've said, then the responce code is sent back to your phone.

If it sees that it decoded your message wrongly, it will make note of it to correct later. I have notice Siri get better and better over the last year (had iPhone 4S since launch day.)
