Sorry, but there is no phone support for the iTunes Music Store.
To change information, though, your friend just needs to log into his iTunes Music Store account (the login is at the upper-right of the iTunes window). From there he can change his email address, credit card number, and any other information. If he continues to have problems, he needs to contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them.
