A strange thing happened this evening. I was setting up a iTunes account for a friend of mine. Somehow, it appears his email address is the same as another person. However, the Music store took this infomation along with credit card information and accepted it. Now my friend is freaking, because this person with the same email address called him wanting to know how my friend got HIS information. Call I call a human at the Music Store to try to get this handled? How can I cancel the my friend credit card info and account and start over? Thanks for any help

Sorry, but there is no phone support for the iTunes Music Store.

To change information, though, your friend just needs to log into his iTunes Music Store account (the login is at the upper-right of the iTunes window). From there he can change his email address, credit card number, and any other information. If he continues to have problems, he needs to contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them.
