My Computer doesn't recognize my ipod touch! HELP

I use a Windows 7 Laptop and I've used other pc's and None Work, well practically My Ipod doesn't work on any of them. I've made a research on the Internet and nothing can fix my ipod so I'm trying to see If you can Help...I can reset my Ipod because sleepbutton doesn't work and the iPod is actually disabled. The problem is that None of my Laptops(or PC) reconize my Ipod, it Says "USB Device Not Recognized"
Can you help me please, Ill do ANYTHING :$😐

Try here:

iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows

I would start with:

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

or

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP

Did you try the other actions of:

iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows

Have you tried another computer to help determine if you have an iPod or computer problem.

had same problem, except iTunes would recognize the touch but not my pc. got around this by plugging touch into a usb 2.0 high speed hub and the computer picked it up instantly. evidently the pc would not recognize the usb plugged directly into it but plugging the touch into the usb hub worked.
