Trouble with iPhone 4S screen shaking?

After I installed the new software update on my phone, my screen has been shaking violently, the keyboard is incredibly slow, and my camera shakes, making it impossible to take pictures because the buttons are moving around so badly. Also, whenever I turn the phone completely off, I can't turn it back on. The screen becomes white, and when I finally manage to turn it back on the corners of the screen are faded out a little. Anyone know what's going on/how I can fix it?
