I ordered my iPhone 5 on the online New Zealand Apple Store on the 21st of September 2012, early in the morning (the phone was available to purchase on that day). That is almost two weeks ago now, and it still says that the phone is 'Processing'. Is this normal?

Also, I checked today, and Apple haven't taken the money out of my account yet (I paid with a VISA debit which is linked to my bank account).


Is this normal? Did I do something wrong?

Yes, it's normal.
