view fonts in all collections

I have a different amount of fonts per collection: "All Fonts" contain 3728, "Computer" has 3059 and User has 710. I'd like all my fonts to be accessible via all collections because I can't seem to access all my fonts via all my programs. For example, a particular font will be available on the Pages program but not on powerpoint. How can I activate my fonts to be accessible via every program. I am having a lot of trouble. Can someone help please? thank you
