Q: there is no pictures displayed in the itunes store, and i have already upgraded

That's how i ended up here posting this discussion. i've tried everything, my next step will be backing up my important stuff, and formatting my laptop and starting fresh.... also, on my ipad3, and iphone 4s there's no problems loading the pictures in the store even with the newest ios update.
I have never had this issue until i updated the itunes software on my laptop to the newest version, my laptop is up to date with everything, and i've gone thru trial and error with firewall and virus protetion. it is just plain werid. i dont even get error message. all that shows up in the store now is just the words.
