Subscribed calendar (Uni timetable) doesn't show on iCloud or Outlook

according to the article, "Microsoft Outlook will not display subscribed calendars pushed to iCloud" - How do I enable this? I have my Uni timetable as a subscribed calendar and want it on the cloud to keep all my devices and computers up-to-date...
