Issue with iPhone 3gs upgrade to io6

I had jailbreaked my iPhone 3gs and was using it. Later I upgraded to the latest io6. iPhone was not able to recognise the SIM. Later, I got it unlocked the phone from at&t. Now, I am not able to sync on iTunes. Any help to resolve this is appreciated.
