When I try to link my visa to a new account, it says to contact itunes support to complete the transaction.
As the following pic shows, I was asked to contact you for the transaction. What shall I do now?

The answer is to contact iTunes Support as you were directed to do. AnaMusic provided the link in the post back in October.
