I tried to buy Mountain Lion in the App Store, but I got following error message:
In English:
Your buy could not be proceeded
The products distribution file could not be checked. Maybe it is dammaged or not proper signed.

Temporary problem at Apple's end. Not much you can do but try again later, perhaps tomorrow.
That problem is caused by the download somehow being corrupted during download. (I think that anti-virus software could also cause he problem, though I'm not positive of that.) First, try repairing the hard drive with Disk Utility:

If that doesn't help, try downloading from another network.
First link got me to the tipp to restarting in safe mode. Doing that the purchase, download and install of Mountain Lion worked perfect.
