IOS6 IPAD2 - App Store Search results in blank screen! Why?

Since upgrading my Ipad2 to IOS 6, the search facility in the App Store does not work - it results in a blank screen.

Tried restarting and resetting - no improvement.Any ideas? Any Apple solutions likely?

-IOS6 is leaving me deeply disappointed. Had I known I would lose Google Maps to the debacle that is Apple Maps, I would not have upgraded. For my area, Apple Maps contains less detail than a washed out watercolour painting!

I just did a full reset and restore from iCloud and this has fixed my no search problem in App Store on ipad2 ios 6.

I did a full backup on I cloud then did a erase all data and restore to factory settings. Then I restored my ipad from I cloud and now my App Store will provide search results instead of a white screen. Hope this helps.

Many thanks. I tried Apple support too and they couldn't/didn't help at all.

I backed up the Ipad2 in iTunes to my laptop, then did a restore (via iTunes) and a re-sync and all is intact but most pertinent to the issue, App Store Search is now working.
