can not synx my apps from my iphone to my mac book pro

Same here. I bought a new MacBook Pro and most of my apps disapeared from my iPhone 4. I do not dare sync'ing my iPad and I do not dare updating iOS on my iPhone and iPad. Do anyone have had any similar experiance?
