Q: iMac can't be unlocked via ARD

I wirelessly control 25 27" iMacs with ARD 3.6.1. After one lab-wide locking and unlocking, one iMac is caught in a loop of "ARD Not Active" and "Available" (long reboot/blue screen) that I can't unlock or break with a UNIX command. Pushbutton reboots and unplugging haven't helped either.

How do I unlock it?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8), ARD, Workgroup Manager

It appears I may have done this... http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2401

The client on the computer in question is 3.5.3, and the support posting has no remedy for the blue-screen lockout. I can't access anything on the iMac, and not even rescanning my network and removing/readding the iMac to my ARD management list has helped.

I have work to control from that computer that has to get done ASAP. Help!
