Can other people purchase items from my itunes wishlist?

I had the same question. So, here is my wishlist for iTunes wishlist function. It would nice if your Friends app could allow you to see your Friend's wishlist (if they allow all or part of it). If a person knows what they want, you can easily gift it or a gift card to them so they can spend as they wish.

Not unless they have your Apple ID and password so as to log into your iTunes Store account. A wishlist is only visible from within the account in which it was created. You should, however, be able to create a standard playlist from items you haven't yet purchased in the iTunes Store - find them in the Browse or Power Search and you can then drag them to a playlist - and then share that list; Store menu -> Share Playlist.
