I assume that this is why that occurred as well. If yoy are now in the U.S. and using a U.S. credit card that is registered to a valid address in the U.S. .....
Go the App Store featured tab. Swipe to the bottom and tap on your Apple ID. Then tap View Apple ID. Enter your password. Then go to Country/Region and change to the U.S. store.
