I have called technical support twice and have been pushed off to the online support that has emailed me with a canned response.  I have replied back twice telling them this still hasn't been resolved now in two weeks!



I subscribed to iTunes match and it is telling me on my iPhone 5 that I am not subscribed.  Apple IDs match.  When I sign in to my account my iphone 5 is recognized as an iphone 4S (weird). I have disassociated it twice and it still incorrectly recognizes it. 


Nevertheless, I absolutely can not get iTunes Match to work on the iphone, the service has been toggled on, but it notifies me I don't have a subscription so it won't stay turned on. 


Any suggestions?
