Export to ePub from Pages 4.2 gives problems with video playback only playing the first video. How can I rollback Pages 4.2 to 4.1?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Early 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

You would have to delete Pages 4.2 & reinstall an earlier version & update it to no more than 4.1. If you bought Pages from the Mac App Store, I doubt it could be done without contacting Mac App Store support & asking for an earlier version.

    Peggy,

I haven't progressed to those later versions of Pages and Mt. Lion yet, but wouldn't Julian need to save his 4.2 files as 4.1 before deleting 4.2?

No, Pages 4 files are Pages 4 files are Pages 4 files. The features added are to take advantage of OS features such as autosave, versions, iCloud syncing, etc. but don't affect the actual file structure.

It is still a matter on how you got the application form the beginning. It would help if you told us how you aquired it.

As I said in my first reply, you should contact the Mac App Store support to see if you can download Pages 4.1. Otherwise, your only option as I see it is to buy the retail box of iWork '09 from a third party such as Amazon.com or eBay & then update it to only iWork 9.1.
