What is Apple going to do about the bugs from IOS 6?

After my update from 5.1.1 to iOS 6. My alerts don't work, music has no sound, videos have no sound, Siri doesn't work, facetime has no sound, skype has now sound and Bluetooth will not connect to my headset. I have reset a number of times and my sounds last for about five minutes and just stop.

I have been a fan of apple products for years, but with this, I am starting to wonder in what direction the company is going...... Anyone know of a class action for this issue please let me know.

So what is Apple doing or going to do about this update that has cost me money in sales, time and stress.......?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1

If you submitted a feedback request to them at http://www.apple.com/feedback, your information should be forwarded to the programmers. What they do with it is propiretary to Apple and they very rarely respond to feedback submitted there.

If you are expecting them to reply here in the forums, they do not do that. These forums are for users to communicate with one another.

I am only guessing that someone from Apple looks at what is said here, but they don't respond, other than to monitor for violations of the user agreement.

If all of your apps, music, contacts, calendar are saved and synced like they are supposed to be, then restoring as a new device will cause you no harm. The problems you are describing are indicitive of either a problem with the backup file or a hardware failure. paulcb provided you with the correct troubleshooting steps to help determine which it is. How you decide to act is strictly up to you, however being sarcastic with those trying to help is not the way to continue getting help, because that is what paulcb was providing you with.

No, just restore the phone and don't install your backup when requested. Don't install or sync anything and see how it runs factory fresh. If it runs well, sync apps, music, videos, etc a few at a time, testing after each sync. I suspect that this will solve all or almost all of your issues.

Note that a restore is much different than a reset or restart.
