Rice in Computer?

Hi,

So I Stupidly spilled a cup of water on my computer and one of the keys stopped working. After drying it the best I could, I decided to leave it in a bag of rice overnight. Now, everytime I pick it up it makes a horrible rattling and shaking noise inside the computer. My question is: is it possible that rice got into my computer somehow (it was pretty thin grains) and is inside the fan? I am aware this is a stupid question, just looking for help before I trek to the 4 hr apple store line.
