I was using my iPhone 4 fine and when I woke up in the morning my phone displayed no Serivce.... Can someone please help me

Take out and re-seat your sim card
Replace your sim card.

Does the screen display any error, or just the No Service in the upper left? What troubleshooting have you tried? User troubleshooting is power phone off/on, reset, restore.
