I have groups of hyperlinks on my site. For some reason iWeb is taking the whole group and assigning it to seemingly random links. When I delete these hyperlinks and then save or publish my site the links reappear. Anyone else had this happen? Any solutions?

To get any item to completely disappear from iWeb do this...
Delete the item(s) and save
Quit iWeb
Reboot your Mac
Relaunch iWeb
The reboot removes the redundant files from the iWeb Domain package.
Ok, will give this a try. That is going to take a fair amount of time but hope it works.

Where? Online or in iWeb? If it's the former try this: clear your browser's cache (Command+Option+E for Safari) and reload your site. Then check to see if the links are still there.

) /Library/Preferences folder. )/Library/Caches/com.apple.iWeb folder and delete its contents.

Ok, I found all of those except for the com.apple.iWeb.plist.lockfile folder in preferences. Any ideas? I tried relaunching iWeb and the same issue exists. There is a com.apple.iWeb.plist.saved file. Should I delete that?

You don't need to worry about the .lockfile.
What version of iWeb are you using?
Are the links only on one page of your site?
No, I found unwanted links on another page as well.
Try again:
Delete the links, save and quit iWeb
Go to Home Folder/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iWeb.plist and delete the the file
Restart your Mac
Run Disk Utility to repair permissions
Relaunch iWeb
Check to see that the links are gone
Ok, the problem is the links don't appear as linking to anything but, to try and get rid of them, I uncheck "enable as hyperlink" and the blue circle with the arrow disappears. But then as soon as I "save" the arrow reappears. Should I still try what you have just suggested?
These strange links are attached to the text boxes that the other links are inside of.

Delete the text (or image) that is created as a hyperlink completely.
Ok, that was your original suggestion. I was hoping to avoid that but will do.
I can't get rid of unwanted hyperlinks.
