can anyone tell me how I add a copyright c and email address to pictures when printing in aperture ?

Aperture 3, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Use a watermark. Fuller instructions are here.

The plug-in BorderFX can be used to superimpose text on an Image, as well as watermarks. Highly recommended.
