I no longer have the same email that I set my Icloud up with and now I cannot access iCloud. How to I change the email in order to back everything up and access my iCloud?
What device are you not able to access icloud from?
From my iphone4 i forwarded an email from my icoud(@me.com) account although it regestered on my icloud senbox, I did not recieve it on my yahoo account.
I tried forwarding the email to same device and to my PC and to other PCs and it did not go through to any.
Why do I not recieve on my yahoo inbox a forwarded icloud email inbox from my iphone4, which registered as sent on my icoud sentbox?

You are talking about the address you use as a login? This should work even if the email itself doesn't actual receive messages any more. However, you can change this login at http://appleid.apple.com - log in with the original address and you can change it to another non-Apple address.
D i need to get an iOs6 or later(How?) on my HP pc so that I can recieve icloudemails from an iphone?

You have hijacked someone else's thread with a question on a completely different problem. Please don't do this - it distracts attention from the original poster's question. Sorry, I did not mean to do that.
The problem is that the my yahoo account does not recieve anything from an iphone4 forwarded icloud email as confirmed by its icloud sentbox that it was indeed sent.to a yahoo account.
