macbook pro keeps freezing at start up... HELP!!!

I have a Macbook Pro I bought in December 2009. Every time I try to start it up it freezes loading my start-up apps. I can't use the computer since it freezes right when it starts to load. I have tried rebooting several times by holding down the power button. What should I do? Help??
