Every time I select a region, Logic won't let me scroll away from it.

This only started happening yesterday, I must have accidentally turned something on without realising it, now I can't figure out how to turn it off. If I have a region selected when I press play, it plays fine, but jumps back to the selected region when I press stop. I can't scroll anywhere in the project without it jumping back to the selected region again - the only way I can scroll anywhere else in the project is if I deselect the region. It's driving me nuts, and is making it really difficult to work.
