Pro tools output/midi question

My protools 10 will not pass output through my digi 002. Only through my mac.(Alt source button works). Also, Boom and similar plug ins are functioning, but anything requiring my keystion are not..including reason. Reason responds to the keystion, just does not make sound in tools. The piano program is not responding.

Note, I just plugged my keystion up for the first time in a while. Everything was functioning properly when I was working 2 hours ago. Now I've gone back and it's all messed up!!!

Help!!!
