I am still needing help to find out how I can get the picture of callers on my iPhone when they call me. Since I updated my phone, the callers picture does not appear. What can I do to get that feature back?

Is the caller in your iPhone's contacts list? Is the caller's picture there also? If so, you shouldn't have to do anything else to see the picture.
If both the answers to the above questions are "yes", then what do you see when the caller phones you?
The callers are in my Iphone contacts and their pictures are in the contact list. It all worked before I did the latest update. What happens now is that the caller's picture does not appear on my lock screen as it always did. When I open the lock screen, the picture shows there.
Check Settings > Notifications > Phone. Do you have badges and alerts set "On"? Do you have "View in Lock Screen" set "On"?
Since you say you see the picture once the lock screen is open, this is probably not relevant. But just in case it is, here's some information about limitations on contact pictures:

As I say, I doubt it's relevant, but I'm running low on ideas. I do see contact photos on my lock screen using iOS 6. I know restrictions might be applied to photos (in Settings > General > Restrictions). Might that be the issue?
Badges and Alerts are ON, View in Lock Screen is ON.
When I go to Setting>General>Restrictions, "Restriction" is OFF, however, when I go in to "Enable Restrictions", it asks me to set a "Passcode". I have never done that before - should I be doing that now?
No. Restrictions are off -- they should stay off. They are not in the way of seeing the contact picture.

Just so you know, my callers' pictures have always appeared on my lock screen, both before and after iOS updates. So it's not a general iPhone-wide issue. I mention that because you say you'll pass on updates. I know it started after you did an update, but the update itself was probably not the cause.

I have never had this issue after other updates, just happened after the IOS 6. I called the Apple Support people and they have had a few calls about the same issue, however, not enough calls to issue an Apple software warning. They suggested I take my phone back to the original settings or just "deal" with the issue. I would rather not go back to original settings since it is such a nightmare to get all the apps, etc. reinstated. Thanks
