Iphone Update to IOS 6 error message 9906

Hi, I'm trying to update my Iphone 4 from IOS 4.3.5 to 6 using Itunes but I keep getting error message 9906. Any idea on how I can fix this? Thx

Temporarily disable your firewall and antivirus software and try again...
