Try these settings:

  • Select "Tiff - original size" as preset, then switch to "Edit".
  • Duplicate the preset by clicking "+"; name the preset "Tiff Gigantic" or similar.
  • Set "Size to" to "Fit within pixels" and pick at least 6000x4000 pixels. Export using "Tiff Gigantic". This resulted for me in an 128MB image.

Try to increase the pixel number, if this still does not suffice.

Do you really need to increase the file size and not the resolution (in pixelsize)? 😕 Increasing the file size will not increase the resolution or quality of your image. If you want to change the file size of an image, export it and pick one of the export presets that generate a high resolution image, for example "Tiff, original size, 16bit"" will waste a lot of disk storage. If that is still not large enough, edit the preset -duplicate it and set the size to " xx bx yyy inches"; then pick a very high dpi value, for example 1000dpi.

But if you meant: high pixelsize - pick an export preset with "fits within ... pixels"
