I'm living in Turkey. I was buied iPhone5 from UK and I'm using my iphone in Turkey. but iPhone screen was not come in Turkey. My iPhone5 screen broken. What can I do for this problem in Turkey ?

You'll have to pay someone in Turkey to fix your phone. This will void your warranty, but unless you can bring your phone to the UK for warranty replacement, that's your only option.
The warranty on the iPhone has NEVER been international.

Apple does not sell parts.
You can take advantage of the Out of Warranty process and Apple will sell you a replacement device for significantly less than buying new.

Soyturk here is a step by step.
Step 1 go to amazon.com or a site similar if they don't ship to Turkey
Step 2 type (" your idevice" screen and digitizer) make sure you get the tools and adhesive.
Step 3 buy and youtube instructions on how to do it
It will end up costing you around $40 plus about ten minutes of work.
ONLY TAKE YOUR iDEVICES TO APPLE FOR REPAIR IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE, or you don't care about money...
if i have an iphone 4 and my screeen is broken would it be the same case would they offer me a cheaper iphone 4 or 4s or 5,,, plus im not the original ownner does this matter
Warranty or Out of Warranty replacement is for the exact same model, color, and capacity.
Warranty is tied to the device, not the owner.
