Contacts * Can I duplicate a card and then edit the info?

I have a client group to add to contacts; about a couple dozen people. There's many fields, sure, but in almost every case only the name, title, and email address change. It's a pain to have to do a new card every time and re-enter the information -- is there a way to duplicate the card and just edit the couple of items that need to be changed? I don't see any way to do this.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), i7 QuadCore, 16GB RAM

The simplest way, until Contacts has a "Duplicate," is to the open the Contact that you would duplicate, if you could, then go to File >Export>Export vCard you will be asked to designate a destination, (I usually chose Desktop) click Save, (I usually verify that a vCard is now on my Desktop) then edit the the Contact with the changes to produce a new Contact. Click Done. Now you have the new Contact. Your original is where you saved it; so go to File>Import select the vCard where you saved it then click Open and your original is returned to Contacts. Since Importing does not move the vCard, you can now reedit the original, if you need more Contacts that use much of the same information as the original.

Sorry - I left something out. Check the "Company" box (step 2 below). Simple. Who would have thought?

1. Input the info that you will use in multiple cards 2. select "Company" box under the address. This gives priority to the company name rather than the individual. 3. Copy;Paste. You should now have a duplicate! 5. Edit the detail. 6. Copy; Paste. 7. Etc.

If it doesn't work its probably because you forgot to check the Company box.
