How do I get iOS 4.3. And download it

If you have a second-generation iPod touch, the last version of iOS it can run is iOS 4.2.1, so you will not be able to install any newer version. If you have a third or fourth generation iPod touch, only the most current version of iOS, 5.1.1 for the third-gen and iOS 6 for the fourth-gen, is easily available. If for some reason you really need iOS 4.3, though, and not the newer versions, post back with your specific model of iPod and we may be able to direct you.

Hi, I have the same issue here. My iPod touch 4th gen is 4.2.1 and I want to install 4.3. I don't want to go to iOS 5 or 6. Are you able to help

No, sorry, I cannot help. iOS 4.3 has not been available for a long time now. The only upgrade available to you will be iOS 6.

If you have a third-generation iPod touch, you can update it to iOS 5.1.1 through iTunes. Confirm that you really have a 3rd-gen iPod touch, though:

Many people mistakenly think they have a 3rd-gen model when in reality they have a 2nd-gen, which as I said back in October can only run up through iOS 4.2.1.

The second generation iPod Touch cannot be upgraded beyond iOS version 4.2.1. The iPod Touch (second generation) is model A1288.

The iPod Touch (third generation) is model A1318. This generation supports up to iOS 5.1.1; it does not support iOS 6.

The fourth generation iPod Touch on September 1, 2010. It includes a front-facing camera for FaceTime.

Use Settings/General/About to find the model number.
