choose a file for photo

A webpage ask me:

Picture: 'Choose File' no file selected.

(NOTE: Uploaded files are limited to a max file size of 2 MB, jpg, gif and png formats.)

When I click 'Choose File', which is a button to click on, I get my documents menu. I don't know how to go any further.

I appreciate any help.
