I need to delete a 2nd user account from my itunes. Not sure how to do this.
Please explain what you mean by "2nd user account". iTunes doesn't have user accounts per se (except for iTunes Store accounts which do not reflect in the iTunes library as being anything separate), so I'm not sure what it is you're seeing that you wish to delete.

I went to itunes and created another library and i want to delete it
Make sure that iTunes is pointing to the library file you wish to use and then just trash the other one. Note that if you added any content to that second library, you'll have to add it to your normal library through the Add To Library command under the File menu in iTunes.

Find the library file you wish to remove. Delete it. That's the only directions I can provide without a much more detailed description of what you did and what you now wish to remove.
