Moving iPhoto library to partition. Says its full

I am trying to move my iphoto library to a partition. I have 225gb on the partition and the library is 151gb and it continues to tell me that there is not enough room. I did move the library to an external drive, but I want it on the partition.

MacBook (13-inch Late 2007), Mac OS X (10.7.5)
