DESPRATE! in the video i have posted below from 0:00-0:15, i want to know what that synth is called in logic i heard its a staccato harp but i dont know where to find that harp im new at this can some on please help me?

It sounds like pizzicato violins to me.

Look in your EXS24 sounds (or channel strips) for any pizz violins. Temper with reverb to taste.

I see everything else besides the pizzicato violins i see the pizzicato cello and bass

Do you have Logic 9.x?

Go to:

Factory/09 Orchestral/09 Strings

You should see Violins 1 Pizzicato and Violins 2 Pizzicato

They'll sound very dry and not much like your reference above, but add reverb (and possibly even some chorus) and you'll probably get what you want.
